How can I improve?

Hello! I am selling 2D and 3D drawn avatars (And logo's if requested) but I am no where near where I want to be when it comes to quality of each drawing. I have picked out, in my opinion, the best that I have made and I would like you to critique them.

Please do not go easy. If you have a suggestion please let me know. The whole goal of this is to improve!

Okay well, I love your style but each piece, in my opinion, has it's different good and bads. Mainly I feel like linework could be a little better (looks pretty good in StrazaH pfp). Another thing is some parts of the character is more detailed than the other parts. This mainly occurs in your hair . Because it's a Minecraft profile picture the hair is too detailed for the body (Or at least that's my opinion).
I was going to say maybe improve on the eyes but in the piece you made for StrazaH, the eyes look great.

I hope I didn't sound too harsh. I think you are really really good and I definitely cannot draw.

I like these all. But, I don't like the squares coming out of these eyes on that one pic

Other then that it's amazing. One of the best I've seen on the market.

Yeah, I don't do that style of eyes anymore I look back at it and I don't know why they were rectangles extruding from the eyes like you said. As I said before, eyes have been one of the biggest changes through out my shop on MCM.
