I am sure it's quite uncommon but I use Adobe Illustrator for all my art because it's all vector based art !What program do you use to make your art? They are very high quality and you pay attention to detail. Very nice
Very crisp lines and no pixels. Also making things so much easier to make smaller (small details especially in the hair) -- No loss in quality when increasing or decreasing sizes

I know I need to get better with line work and shading in specific but I kind of like it. I believe it's a bit "funner" I guess? with each line being different sizes and widths. Obviously it's not perfect but it's good!

I still think it could be improved though, as there is always room for improvement 
The resolution could be just from resizing a JPEG image. I do all of my artwork on illustrator. Would you also recommend upping the resolution from 72 to 300?
Test it out. If it works then it works if it stays the same, use lower resolutions. Art is a trial and error based thing in my opinion.
