Apparently you can do that with the Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK), but changing those directories blocks any further updates:

I'd suggest using WinDirStat to see which folders and in particular which subfolders take up a lot of space.
Why would it block any further updates though?

Most of files on desktop are shortcuts to programs on C drive? How would I move the programs to E drive though?
My programs are installed on C drive (I don't have alot of programs)
But, my only idea would be to reinstall to E:\Program Files\ (Which i have my SteamLibrary, which is extremely easy when most of my space is steam games)

So would I have to uninstall programs such as IntelliJ, PhpStorm, Vegas Pro, Mamp, OBS, Discord, Adobe programs and then reinstall them losing all the previous projects I had with them?

My C drive is a 120GB SSD for fast bootup speeds.
Then i have a 2TB Internal drive, used for storing my games.
My C drive is used for main programs like chrome, skype, etc :)
But uhm, nothing on your D drive
Atleast move something :D
Maybe a file called LatouthIsAwesome.txt
;D

Uhm, With IntelliJ i know there's a directory for workspace just copy that, and others i have no idea/never really used before.
OBS, i believe you can copy the setup (no idea though)
Sorry, you can't easily just change it.[DOUBLEPOST=1456083412,1456083395][/DOUBLEPOST]
Yeah, I used to store stuff on it, but when I updated to windows ten I deleted everything on it and just haven't touched it sense xD.
Alright, just make a file called "LatouthIsAwesome.txt" and Ill be happy ;)

I dunno, ask microsoft ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Most programs that have separate project folders usually have the option to not remove the project folder when you uninstall the software itself; so you shouldn't lose any projects. Backups should be done anyways ;)

A open C drive means faster bootup speeds though? So I should basically clear my C drive then?

As i said, you could always install them again (with existing installs) to the E drive, which then move stuff over.

Can I move "Desktop" from C drive "Users" folder to E drive?

I've got 5 10tb HDDs running on my network on an old laptop, so that's 50tb of data I can use.
Drive1: 198gb free (Used to store all my cracked Adobe shit so I can access it on any device on the net)
Drive2: 5tb + 491gb free (Used to store photoz)
Drive3: 9tb + 329gb free (Used to store backups from my BitBucket server)
Drive4: 10tb free (unused to this date)
Drive5: 10tb free (unused to this date)

And then, my desktop has 2, 1tb HDDs
Drive1: 359gb free (C:/ drive. Store all my shit on it)
Drive2: 39gb free (Only 300 fraps recordings w/ each recording just 5 mins long!!!)

Inheritted from my old primary school. My dad works there and they were throwing out 5 10tb drives, so I dropped all the data, and kept them as mine ;3
