How to make HCF Core Fork

So recently i`ve been looking at cores and I cant afford to buy a good quality one. And I dont want to use a crappy leaked one. So i was curious, how do you make a HCF core fork of a core such as iHCF or Para. Need as much info as possible to help me out. Thanks in advance!

fork aka copying someone elses code and claiming it for your own = 99% of forkers
