Hello!
It's been a long time since I've posted anything on Mc-Market. Well, I am back! I decided to come back because I've started to receive more requests for my free service. To those who don't know me well I used to help people when they got scammed. Usually, I would write a pretty persuasive statement that always got me the win, even on F&F (Friends and Family).
So I will be posting templates of my past working statements below. I do not guarantee that any of them will work, but most have helped others. These statements may need to be edited before use as they were written specifically for those who requested it from me.
So good luck and hopefully you win against any scammer!
This should be all the templates that I've made; please do edit out or add in information to apply to your situation. These methods will not work 100% but they have worked. This method is to be used against scammers, not for scammers. The reason why I do this service for free is because I know the feeling of being scammed. I was scammed $500 on my old minecraft server!
I hope that this helps and good luck!
*On a side note*
Does anyone have any Xenforo licenses they're willing to sell? I am interested!

This statement is for when you're a buyer, and the seller scammed you.
"Hello,
My name is [Name], recently I was told by a seller that for a transaction to occur I had to use PayPal's Friends & Family payment option, I did not know that in case I got scammed I could not use purchase protection. The seller scammed me and left with my money. The item was supposed to be a digital good. Now I am upset, and I lost $[#]! I am hoping PayPal, and its team can help me out."

This method involves either calling PayPal or emailing them directly; this method is by far the best method for F&F
Call:
How it works is you call PayPal and tell them the story, it is better to have someone who is older and male to be on the phone, the reason for it to be a male is because of the deeper voice. What you do is after they decline you start to demand and state how mad you are on how PayPal is taking action on this. This method has worked for my father before, and it is useful for F&F scams.
Email:
Now for emails, you must make it as descriptive as possible, make no spelling or grammar mistakes, make sure you are truthful and honest! The first email should be you explaining the situation just like method #1 if they decline you should email them back angered and state something along the lines of "I am mad at how PayPal and its support team are handling this situation! There are scammers on the loose and paypal is alright with this? I am sure that they don't even get terminated for their acts, I am extremely disappointed and won't be using PayPal anymore in the future.

So what you do is you basically either call the transaction unauthorized/error or you message PayPal at their message center [Link: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/smc] What you should state is that this seller was selling you [Website files, files, digital goods, etc.] and you begin to tell them that the seller demanded that you only pay in F&F and you in need paid him with F&F so now you were scammed by the seller and the seller proceeded to block you without agreeing to a resolution.
I've used this one before because I was scammed by a seller when I was purchasing website files/scripts. What he advertised was nothing close to what he sold me, and it was extremely buggy
This method is for an off-site sale, EX. through skype.
"Hello!
My name is [name], I have recently purchased a [Item] from [Paypal name/company]. This was a service for [Video game, website, etc. ], what [he, she, they] needed to do is [List what they need to do], and upon the completion of this service I noted that it was not how I requested it, the service completed with loads of bugs and was incomplete. I messaged the seller, and he stated [if seller replies state what they said]. So I am requesting a full refund due to these circumstances.
Thank you!

**Note if seller mocks you and acts unprofessional, or even curses at you make sure you state it like this, 'The seller was also extremely rude/unprofessional and he [state what they said].'
**Make sure to place this before the last sentence!

So I've noticed that people on this site loan a lot. I highly advise that all loans are done through Goods and Servies because Friends and Family loans are not allowed by PayPals rules. Loans, in general, are not allowed, but you can sometimes win against the scammer.
So if the scammer had not paid back by the given payback date just wait 24 hours then proceed to report the scammer.
This requires proof that the seller had agreed on a TOS you setup
Remeber, you should edit out or add in things that apply to you, do not lie to PayPal as your appeals may be declined.
"Hello!
I had a loan setup for the other party, this loan was for [$..], and the other party agreed to a TOS which stated, [state exactly what you agreed on].
I have proof of this and him agreeing if needed. So I sent him the payment, and we agreed for him to pay back [$..] by [Date]. Upon collection date, the user blocked me on all contact methods and is not paying back. So I am opening a report on him for this occurrence and request for my money
back.
