This thread was a mess.. I am not a developer nor do I have the budget that Zyhxle is saying he has but regardless if he's sure that there will be a bright path in the direction he is taking then stop arguing, stop assuming he's a scammer, and most certainly stop trying to put him down.
I hope you find someone who is professional at what they do and that could easily help you with what you're requesting. I do wish to see you're not a scammer but try looking at higher areas such as UpWork as suggested in the comments. You'll be sure to most definitely find someone that'll fit your needs, maybe even more.

I will give you my honest opinion brother! Don't do a minecraft server if your looking to become a big time player and a long lasting server you would need around 50k+ The main thing you will be spending most of your time on is cheaters and people just trying to destroy your server or exploit it to earn from it.
My conclusion if 10k is all you have to your name my best advice to you is work with the credit cards - loans systems(company's), look for lowest %APR if you have good credit history you most probably get credits cards out for around 15 to 32% just use them for small purchase and pay back before the due date, and over time you will be surprised what you can actually getyou will find even more lowest possible %APR around 1 to 10 % this will become VERY helpful on your future goals such has a family, a house, a bigger business, bigger loans and credit. if your serious of making money look in to laundry stores you will be surprised how much you can earn for someone using a washing machine and buying your product at the store.

yeah? well maybe because its a huge project
sure i'd help someone with a small plugin
but this project will probably take me hours on end
i dont see anyone working for for any company for free
