i need a ready-made practice core

I'm looking for a ready-made practice core (better with a essential core hooked into it)
The core is unnecessary to be a custom or custom-coded one,but you need to accord to these rules:
1.You must got the ownership of the plugin to sold me
2.The plugin can be taken from a server that used to run,but let me know what the server name is
3.The core cannot be skidded and i know most skidders that on the market
4.The project can be a fork,but let me know what you forked (for the features and original plugin)

I'm in a hurry, so do not text me like "i can code one for you or sth."

Request(at original budget)
1.Mongo Database Supported for match information and player / server stats
2.Bugs clean and 1.8 based
3.Basic features(ladder,arena,personal settings,server settings,tablist,scoreboard,basic commands etc)
4.Leaderboard
5.Menu kiteditor
6.Ping matchmaking
7.toggleable ranked queue
8.Party with ffa,splits
9.tournaments and events(like 2 more)
10.duel arena selector

Additional requests(for this , i will add 10~50 $ for each of them)
1.Cosmetic(Death effect,trails pets)
2.Replay system(It can be depended on xreplay or advancereplay or sth)
3.Duo queue(2v2,3v3)
4.Duel knockback selector (if you use a custom spigot then sold it with the core to me)
5.Custom scoreboard line(like mmc)
6.Custom layout color(for personal settings)

Tips:
1.My server self-made plugin is under development, so another plugin is needed for transition
2.I do not need the sourcecode
3.My demand ends on July 4
