Artemis is okay for a quick cheap option that will work pretty well.
Verus is okay but not worth the cost when you can get options way cheaper that provide the same support. However, detections may be better the cost is not.
AngelX if you can get the older version was pretty good with all detection's. However, the lead developer or what I think was the best developer working on that anticheat left and now there left with someone who in my opinion can't make good checks for his life.
Overflow is dogshit anyone who think's it's good just hasn't gotten to the actual testing of it. Not only, do I have clients that bypass, but I have tons of falses. It's decent, I've been told by many people it's terrible and seen first hand how bad it is.

I've tested both Artemis and Verus. Artemis doesn't come close to Verus' detections at the moment so I would not recommend choosing that. Verus has had much more time to be polished and Artemis is much newer, so don't choose it for a no-compromises anti-cheat. Verus will sell for $200 (custom version) and would probably be worth looking into.

Why would you recommend Artemis? Some friends of mine (anticheat dev) that has tested Artemis v2 told me that the checks are very poorly coded and there are tons of bypasses and irrelevant false positives. For example, you can vanilla fly, killaura detection false flags on every hit for no reason etc. And by judging on the code (v2), the dev has no idea what he's doing. Highly doubt artemis v3 will even come close to the standards of decent anti cheat. There are also videos out there showcasing how flawed artemis v3 is if you care to do research.
I've also tested Kauri and Kauri is no where close to the standards of the free available anti cheats out there. During combat, when you are getting hit, you are able to do infinite flight/teleport bypass for a short time, many falses and bypasses for movement detections and killaura detections are mehhh. Only hitboxes check is decent.
This thread is riddled with false information and people just self-promoting their own products.

Kauri has pretty good Reach, AutoClicker & Aim detections, but it's lacking in some other departments. However, funkemunky is a pretty well-known and trusted AC developer, and improves the project every day.

Sparky looks pretty promising, but I haven't personally tested it.

tested overflow, its garbage, barely detects 3.4 and vapelites/driplite/whiteouts aim/autoclicker bypasses...

Current overflow is not that good. Missed a lot of 3.4 reach hits. Does not detect aimassist from ghost clients unless you hold your mouse without moving much and let the aimassist do the job of aiming, then it would flag. AimAssist A is an experimental check as well as AutoClicker A. They only false sometimes. The autoclicker check flagged some ghost clients autoclicker though. Aim G also falses sometimes but flags aimassist when u hold ur mouse and let the aimassist do the job.

Artemis is good. It may have some skidded code but it's skidded code from good anticheats so what can it be but good? I also have evidence that it's mainly not skidded, but that's for between me and Ghast.

If you need FREE then Frequency by ElevatedDev is also very good but there's Java code not a config file....

Also, going to have to back Ghast up here.. Months and months people have accused Ghast of skidding, and I have yet to see a single slice of evidence apart from an old timer check from AGC that was removed afterwards. Ghast even bought rights to the anticheat with this check, but it was skidded from AGC.

Hey Xeify, last time I checked you were begging me for AngelX lmao. Verus, Artemis, AngelX, and Overflow all have their flaws but in my opinion, Verus ($120), Sparky, & Meow anticheat are probably the most stable and best performing detection wise.
Overflow isn't nearly as stable as you expect and Sparky much outperforms Overflow (Sparky is the new project of the overflow developer)
Verus has its bypasses (expected considering how old it is) but most disablers/large scale bypasses are private, thus meaning if you have a somewhat active staff team to ban the few people who do have these disablers and decent anti-ban evasion measures verus will be just fine.
AngelX is just complete dogshit, periodt
Artemis was awful last time I tested a released version with a verified customer of artemis, Ghast if you'd like to change my mind please contact me on discord (Cow#2215) and give me a test.
Angelx is terrible but it's old updates were fine. And I wasn't begging.
