I don't think promoting people to make MCM competitors is such a good idea.

I don't see any bad things about it This is a marketplace where you can sell domains, it doesn't have to be used as a MCM competitor, just a suggestion

This might be against the rules. Might want to say something like for an Xenforno licsence and you could then try and make a site like MCM from that.
