Requirements:
- 5-6 hours of activity in the Minecraft server everyday
- Has discord
- Able to understand the mechanics of the server and encourage and interact with players
- Heavy experience with either large roblox groups or Minecraft servers. (Roblox groups are taken into heavier consideration)

Whats expected of you:
- Training players certain mechanics within the game.
- Coming up with new job ideas
- Managing players within certain jobs
- Advertising and promoting the server
- Engaging with players

Pay can range from $1 to $25 depending on what you do.

I can do it for $50 / week, but I would not be able to dedicate 5 hours to it daily, more like around 1 - 3 hours / day.

50 Weekly is way overpriced. Considering this is Towny, and that he is now considering dropping the hours per day 50 is well above normal. Some of the largest / well-known Managers on this platform don’t charge that. But overall my opinion I am just saying what I think! Go with whatever you feel!

Usual pay-rate is $15 / hour depending on what sort of work you do. Managers IRL earn waaaaaaay more than what you're offering.

Yeah, I am talking Minecraft Managers. I do understand in the real world managers make a lot more.
