Hello there. I am in need of a discord bot, although the budget isn't high.

Overall. I'd need three functions.
> Ticket system (done through reactions)
> Vouch system (done through reactions)
> Create messages with images (only moderation can use)

> A ticket system which you react to (like Ticket Tool) - once you've opened a ticket it will ask you to pick an option out of three:
- (get a quote)
- (get support)
- (apply to join the team)
Once they select, the appropriate roles get added to the ticket.
Add the end of the ticket, when it's being closed (through a reaction) it will ask if they'd like to leave a vouch (yes/no reaction). If they say yes, they can write a comment and select 1-5 stars on their experience. Once they've submitted the vouch, it will be put in the vouch channel.
The vouch should appear:
> Username#0000
> (Stars)
> COMMENT
> (Who provided the service) | (service type) |

And an announcement/posts messages with images if needed.
