My name is Moe and I am an 18 year old server owner of TravelLands.

We as a team are looking for experienced developers with the following criteria
- Must be 15 or older
- 1 year of experience
- Must have some experience with developers Minecraft plugins
- Be dedicated to this project.

As for builders
- Must be 15 or older
- experience is required but not strict.

As of right now, we do not offer paid work but as the server grows we hope to support our staff.

I understand your concerns, however, I already have a team of developers that are ok with working in these conditions so I don't find it impossible. I am simply looking to grow my team.
