And what makes you 'different' lol.
1. We give our freelancers almost all of the money earned by commissions
2. Clients have the ability to choose the freelancer

2. Clients have the ability to choose the freelancer

So why not just contact the developer directly then and leave your service company out of the picture while saving money as there's no overhead for your management and/or sales rep fees? You're not providing anything of value so why should you receive a cut, it seems as if the only thing you're providing is a middle man service.

straight out different definitely just one thing every single service teams allow clients to pick freelancers if they wish plus hmm u know that other service teams are like 2-5 percent lower than yours and why do you think that? because they need to keep

1. their website up ( which you don't have )
2. advertisements ( hmm do you? no )
3. pay for necessary big updates ( better thread designs " your thread design already tells me to run away ", better system for their bot " normal you only have a ticket and a -portfolio system which is quite nothing i'd say so myself " , events, challenges for their freelancers, giveaways )

what else hmm?

We're just trying to grow at this stage. We will get everything sorted out as soon as we release. You only see the commands that you have access to while freelancers and management has way more commands they can do. Please stop trashing my thread.

Service teams are fine.
It’s the sales reps that give it a bad rep that on every single thread go “We can help with your request here in _____ service team! Please join the discord here *90% of time the link is invalid* then when they join the sales rep wants to know what they want, so they link them the thread that the SALES REP commented on, and so then they say they don’t have anyone that can do that.

Literally when I request something, it takes a while, and so I always am looking for service teams.
I have ordered a service from a service team (won’t name to not cause controversy in this thread) and so I just go into the automatic system (which I think is AMAZING) and put in my budget timeframe and then just simply link my thread.
I don’t know how they do it, but once I asked for a custom skin (which took me two hours of looking for someone) and someone literally took mine instantly:
They did an honestly incredible job.
Pretty much what I am saying is that I don’t like sales rep (although I used to be one and I see what was wrong with the whole system).

Sorry for ranting this thread was in spetember but I felt like ranting Kappa

I'll be honest I've read this 3 times and I still don't understand how anything you've said is in any way relevant to this thread. You didn't even respond to anyone in particular so why post this at all?

because other people were talking about how bad other service teams are, and i stated it was a rant why read it 3 times if it "doesnt make sense"?

I was attempting to make sense of it, which turned out to be impossible. Nobody in this thread ever said service teams were bad, we were inquiring as to how this was any different from any of the many others (which it isn’t). You should be more clear as to what you’re responding to before replying to a thread which hadn’t been active in quite a while.

Nobody on MCM wants more service teams... Please, just stop creating them.

u got a problem i am up any time for a big ol man fite, but that's a old post so it doesn't really matter anymore service teams are useless they just make it harder for clients making them wait longer and sometime not even getting them a freelancer and even if they got a freelancer in their mind they want to escape those TERRIBLE percentages and ask for more money which is actually not worth it

go hire a lone freelancer instead of jumping around due to service teams

this market is only made of like 3k only quarter of them freelancer and also almost 80% of that quarter doesn't work for service teams they despise them instead but that 20% goes searching for service teams working in ALOT of service teams at the same time which make u find the same freelancer over and over.

ALSO never to forget freelancers who work hard to find clients those are the ones u want to hire why? they aren't FUCKING lazy to get the job done they are persistent they want u to blow u up and make u what they call a " satisfied client "
