IPVP XenForo Redesign (~$250)

IPVP (http://ipvp.org) is searching for a developer to create a premium XenForo theme to be present in place of the current theme. We are looking for a developer who can complete this in a timely manner (~3 weeks) and will communicate progress and take feedback as they work on the theme.

Quality Standards
We are looking for a developer that has high standards and that can produce a high quality theme, rather than just re-skinning and/or recoloring a pre-existing template. Though an exception can be made and work can be based off of something such as UI.X or other themes, we do not want it to be a blatant rip off.

You really don't need to spend $250 on this. I'm doing one with custom extra pages for $150, including player statistics, and buycraft theme.
