I have ~3 years of Java experience with experience of the Bukkit and Spiggot API. I have 1 year of experience with MySQL
My work is at a cheap price but reliable as I will complete the plugin good and as fast as possible.
Pricing:
Because I am a student and I do sports there is a limited time-frame where I can work in. If you decide to take me as developer for your plugin I will make as much free time for the plugin as possible. To support this I have based my prices on large time frames. If you have a certain deadline we can discuss that over Skype.
Small:
-Time frame: 1-2 days.
-Price: $1-$10
Medium:
-Time frame: 2-7 days.
-Price: $10-$20
Big:
-Time frame: 7-20 days.
-Price: $20-$40
The time really depends on the type of plugin you want. Right now my orders did not take much more time than 1 hour.

I may decline any request at any given time, I will refund your already paid transaction

You may not resell the plugin at any time. Unless it has been aproven by me.
