-We are looking for staff members to moderate the discord chat, but will not be payed.
Staff Ranks:
Team Manager - The Team Manager is second in hand of the Founder. Team Manager will be in charge of the Jairo Development Team and the Jairo Staff Team. (Possibly paid)
Team Trainer - The Team Trainer will be in charge of the Jairo Staff Team and will be moderating them and training them to become successful at moderating the discord chats and handling any problem. They will also accept/decline any @Staff applications.
@Moderator - Moderators will be in charge of the discord chats, making sure no one is breaking the #rules.
@Helper & @Trainee - When application is accepted, they will be placed on Helper and Trainee role and will be moderated by @TeamTrainer to making sure they are doing their job, and watching if they are able to handle the @Moderator role.
Staff Ranks:

Ranks that will be paid
-This is a way for producers to find jobs instead of searching hard, and this network is for players to just easily ask for our service and we will create your product. (The 20% of money that is made from this will be invested to the network for advertising/ possibly opening a server in the future)
@Advertisers - Advertisers will be here to advertise the discord server and bring in customers. If we bring a good amount of members an gain a good amount of money, Advertisers will be potentially payed.
Web-Developer - Web developers develop websites, each web-developer will give their own price range and will decide any prices/extra fees. As stated on #info, 20% will be headed to the Network and 80% will be headed to the producer.
Web-Designer - Web designers will be in charge of designing your website or making any changes to your website to satisfy your needs. They will give their own price range and decide on any prices/fees. As stated on #info, 20% will be headed to the Network and 80% will be headed to the producer.
Developer - Developers will be able to create plugins/configure anything for your server. They will give their own price range and decide on any prices/fees. As stated on #info, 20% will be headed to the Network and 80% will be headed to the producer.
@Graphic Artist - Graphic Artists will make any logos/banners, any pictures or anything you will like to be made through an art form. They will give their own price range and decide on any prices/fees. As stated on #info, 20% will be headed to the Network and 80% will be headed to the producer.
Builder - Builders will make any builds for your server and will design any builds. They will give their own price range and decide on any prices/fees. As stated on #info, 20% will be headed to the Network and 80% will be headed to the producer.

About Us
We are a network that provides customers with multiple services. We have different branches of services that can provide help with anything. In order to make a request please type (-new) and you will open a ticket. In the ticket type down your request and RonaldoG214 will attend you. Keep in mind that it will take time for a response. NOTE: RonaldoG214 does not decide on prices, the prices will be decided by the person who will be doing the work. NOTE: The Network will receive 20% of all payments, all payments will be sent to RonaldoG214, and then 80% will be sent to the person who worked for the product. If you believe RonaldoG214 is not sending full payment, feel free to do the math on a calculator. RonaldoG214 will tell you who your producer (The person who creates your product) is and any problems/situations will need to be handled with them. RonaldoG214 DOES NOT know how to handle your problems, you will need to contact the person who made your product. If there is any problem with your producer, feel free to PM RonaldoG214#2812 or open a ticket. Refunds will not be made, but asking to fix your product can happen.
