If you didn't know this is a MarketPlace which means.

Service needed > Money paid > service complete.

You won't find a decent developer that works for free, they can just go get paid instead.

Yeah i know but i search dev who want to be a permanent member of staff of my project.
A plugin like that cost like 90$, the place i offer if the project work its like 500€ / month +, the investment its good i think
