Hello MCM. It's me again, Mistazel, with a new company startup that needs additional recruits!

Ill be launching an all around development company for Java Development, Web Development and Design, and Configurtions/Setups for servers. Offering efficient, flexible, and person to person development. No longer will community members have to feel the fear of the unknown, because with us there will be a proper connection made between the customer and company. It'll be the Mom and Pop shop of Development.

If you're looking to get paid and have a constant influx of clients (as many as you can handle), keep reading!

What I'm Looking For:
Java Dev - Must be very well versed with the Spigot api. I am also looking for Sponge devs. I've come to find those to be quite rare and would like to add them to my roster. There is no shortage of devs here!

Web Developers and Designers - Xenforums, Buycraft, Portal Pages, and Enjin designers. If you can handle one or handle all of the above you're a fit here.

Configuration or Setup Specialists - People who don't necessarily know how to make a plugin from scratch, but definitely know how to edit one. We're looking for people who have an eye for design here. Knowing how to handle the config in game and out if applicable.

More Information:
How am I paid? Unlike a lot of companies that offer sub contracting of freelancers, we work with you and the client directly, not just one or the other. This means voice chat or text chat calling right at the negotiation of the deal. The run down of the process is as follows: Client comes to us seeking work done. I talk with client about what they need and then pick one of our devs/configurators I feel is best for the job and is currently available. Then client, management(me), and said dev discuss pricing, time, and other details. Client pays 50% up front F&F to management, management Immediately divies up comission payment to devs on the project. Simple process and you are always present when deals are made and when money is moving.

How much am I paid? Some places offer 10% comission. Others 20-30%. Here we offer 50% comission as a starting number (I CANT MAKE THIS ANYMORE CLEAR. 50% IS NOT THE NORM. EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE TAKES HOME 75-90% COMISSION ON ALL SALES. 50 IS FOR USERS WITH NO PORTFOLIO, OR INTERNS!). That means your first day on the job you're making a bare minimum of 100$ on every 200$ deal. Eventually climbing up to 120-150$ every deal made. Working hourly or monthly for a client? You take 100% comission. We simply take a one time fee from the client to ensure hard work is rewarded properly.

How many clients can I expect? MCM services 75,000 people a day on the market. With hardcore advertising and investing into the company rather than our pockets we can ensure that almost every single one of them knows who we are and that we are the absolute best place to go to for any development work. Every resource chat, whether it be discord or skype, the shoutbox, inboxing, outside advertising using website SEO, paid stickies and banners, sponsorships and partnerships, along with door to door advertising at each server will set us apart from every other company dedication wise. So you can expect absolutely as many as you can handle. And don't worry, we wont overwhelm you with too much work. Having some problems? It's as easy as letting us know so we can get another dev to either take over, or help out on the project with you!

Personally, I do not think people will work for %50 commission. All you do is get people in contact 85% is much more understandable and do able. But, for 50% you are basically just scamming the people in your company.

Seems interesting, having been in a development team/company before, a 50% commission is a good starting rate, atleast in my opinion. I would like to apply for the following positions if they are available: Web Developer. More specifically, I am able to do Xenforo setups as well as portal pages / static web pages

Il apply as a Java dev and as a configuration specialist. I have been running a minecraft server for a few years now (http://amscraft.co) and I have experience when it comes to configuring a minecraft server.

I am also a developer who has been programming for my server, here is a example of one of the plugins I coded.
