About RaibuMC​

RaibuMC is an SMP (Released Edition: Lifesteal) and Practice 1.21.3-based Minecraft server that is currently still in development. Our goal is to create a dynamic and engaging experience for all players, and we’re looking for team members who share our vision and enthusiasm for Minecraft.

Available Positions​

Advertising Manager​

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new players.
• Manage RaibuMC’s social media accounts, creating engaging content.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to promote the server.
• Track campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Knowledge of Minecraft communities and trends.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.

Server Manager​

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the server to ensure smooth gameplay.
• Manage server events, updates, and player activities.
• Collaborate with developers, moderators, and staff to resolve issues.
• Monitor server performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
• Maintain a welcoming and fair environment for players.

Requirements:

• Experience managing Minecraft servers, including plugins and configurations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with server hosting platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Developer​

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins and server features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Work closely with the team to implement new ideas and improvements.
• Ensure server performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• Experience with Minecraft plugin development (Java, Spigot, Bukkit, or similar).
• Understanding of server optimization and security.
• Creativity and a collaborative mindset.

Staff Positions (Admin, Senior Mod, Mod, Junior Mod)​

Responsibilities:

• Moderate in-game and Discord activity to ensure a positive community.
• Enforce server rules fairly and consistently.
• Assist players with questions and issues.
• Contribute to a fun and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

• Passion for Minecraft and helping others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.

Compensation​

Please Note:
RaibuMC is a passion project run by a single individual who is not a wealthy benefactor. While Staff Positions (Admin, Senior Mod, Mod, Junior Mod) are voluntary and unpaid, other roles such as Advertising Manager, Server Manager, and Developer are compensated based on performance.
This means payment will align with measurable contributions and the overall impact of your work on the server's success.
