Hello, MC-Market. I am currently in need of a kit plugin that does not use essentials or depends on essentials.

Features I need:

• Cooldowns
• Createkit and Deletekit
• /kit that opens a gui.
• The gui should show a cooldown!
• Permissions (kits.use.<kitname>, kits.admin, kits.bypasscooldown)

I am currently looking for a free plugin. But if you request $ I can also give what you request.
/kit - Opens kit gui.
/createkit <name> <delay in seconds>
/delkit <name>

And I doubt somebody will do this for free. There are many amazing free options already made that are highly configurable.

Kit plugins are very common, a simple google search probably could have found you numerous kit plugins that fit your needs.
