High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

You might want to consider adding more minecraft plans. The forums was made for minecraft marketing so you might get a lot more orders that way. 512mb is not nearly enough to run a mc server. Multicraft is the most recommended panel so you might want to also consider using that. Good luck to you guys :)

We're focusing on the more serious clients where shared minecraft hosting isn't enough (yes, Multicraft is shared minecraft hosting).

However, once we're upgraded to 144GB per node, perhaps we can offer 1 and 2 GB shared plans as well.
In that case you should sell dedicated servers for larger networks. Multicraft is not just for shared, it can be used on vps and dedicated servers. Also shared hosting on large servers such as "144gb" nodes will mess up the performance, cpu/ram ratio wise. I'd recommend to run shared minecraft on smaller ram nodes and powerful cpus.

Our shared minecraft plans are on a 12GB VM with a strict CPU profile, thus 512MB plans only. It's a dollar for a reason.

As for CPU/RAM ratio, I assume you mean the # of clients per node. We place at most 20 clients per node.

On the note of dedicated servers, I'm currently working out the plans with my NOC for doing just that.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy from them, they are using a pirated copy of WHMCS. Reported. What imbeciles.

I beg to differ, looks like a bug with the WHMCS license system.

From my WHMCS Admin page for the license

The PayPal subscription to WHMCS

Provided 3 proofs, sorry if that isn't enough. I've contacted WHMCS to get the issue resolved.

The ticket I opened on the WHMCS website

On another note, why would someone pay for a dedicated server (easily over $400/month) and not pay for a $18 WHMCS license, doesn't make sense to me. Maybe you should contact people in PMs before you start making false accusations.

I love when sales reps are much more active in public than they are internally..
