Hey! I am Rory and I am the community manager here at LabMC.
LabMC is a unique and upcoming Factions server. Let me warn you though, we have some of the most competitive factions! But wait, we need you. We are looking for staff members at all positions.

To become a staff member contact the owner, Mouths.
Requirements:
•Must be Older than 13
•Must work well with a team
•Must have experience for Senior Staff Positions
•Must be able to recognize rule violations, and have thorough understanding of our rules
•Must be an active community member
•Must play LabMC at least 8 hours per week

We are also looking grow a more active discord! We need faction leaders to join us. To become a factions leader create a ticket and give us the requirements information!

Finally we are looking for some kind and active members who can chat with our community constantly!

Where must I contact Mouths in order to apply? Should I contact his personal discord or @ him in a public channel?

I don’t suggest you go on other networks and message every staff member if they want to be staff on yours. Then perm ban someone for mentioning it and deleting all the messages...

I was staff on their server has been in development for years, the owner is toxic and managers leave and join daily, not going anywhere.

In general it is hard to find good management. I don’t see how our owner is toxic. If you want to take this to discord that is fine with me, I would like to hear your side of the story

Doesn't LabMC hire a shit ton of managers and just overall unorganised? Hired like 2-3 staff managers? Maybe the same for the community. Oh and, almost forgot, they hired an operator to oversee management? Like wth.
