my guess you will leave the other servers once you are hired as manager. Most servers wont allow you to be staff on other servers.

Depends on the offer, if the server isn't offering me a better work environment than I have now, then I will most likely not leave, otherwise yes, as these are 2 servers that aren't launched yet.
