Hey! My name is Ethan. Im a 14 year old Minecraft server server owner looking for staff and developers. My server is called the Rale Network. We are currently on the process of finishing the servers; kitpvp, and skyblock. We are looking for staff and developers.

- We will be paying Managers & Developers only.
- The moderator position is a volunteer position.

I’m not aware as to how that is possible considering the developer for my last server was an owner (and was developing for our server, not mine). That’s the only time I “hired” / had a developer on my team.
