Looking for a Co-Owner and a Server Dev

Hello!

I am currently the owner of a minecraft server called ArcaneSouls. It is a Mini-game based server with a fully custom spawn. Right now I am in need of a Developer due to the fact that I need some more things added and or finished right now. I am also in need of another Owner that has a budget of at least $150 (I will be investing $250 every month). Also I am planning on releasing the beta version of the server on July 21st.

Spoiler: Owner Specs

***Requirements***
At least 16 years of age.
Needs a budget of around $150 (Preferably one that is every month)
Be experienced in owning a minecraft server.
Have little bans and not be staff on any other server.
***What you get***
You will get 15% of all buycraft donations that come through. (The rest will go back into paying for the Developers, Paying Admins, and as well making sure the server is staying healthy)
A permanent 25% off in the buycraft
***What You Will Do***
Manage Staff Members on the Forums and Discord
Hire Staff based on their Applications.
Work with other Staff Members to achieve a common Goal
Use the server budget to buy Advertising
(You basically will be doing everything with me except for the Plugin Management because that will be the developers doing.)

***Requirements***
At least 15 years of age
Have at least a year of Java Coding Experience
Preferred that you have projects that you have done in the past (Will need proof)
Preferred that you also know more than just Java but not necessary.
***What You Get***
If you are planning on being the servers full time Developer you will be given a % of the buycraft donations.
If not you will be given an agreed upon price of the development cost.
A tag in game that says [Dev] (Developer in tab) for the time you are developing on the server.

If you want to believe that, be my guest. Although I will say that I just quickly typed that up. I probably didn't put as much effort into this post as I needed to but it is about to be 12:00 for me and working a full 12 hour shift today then having a few things to do after has me pretty tired

You're offering someone to be a co-owner, yet they have very little power in comparison to you. Also, do you mean that one of the owners get's a 25% discount off what would be partially his buycraft? Seems useless to me, goodluck finding a dev/co-owner anyway.

Sorry if that is the way it came out. I am going to update asap! But basically what the Co-owner will have is all the same powers I will have and I will obviously respect any decision the owner will make

Yes I added that little bit right there due to the fact that if the owner is going to be helping out on the server he/she will be expected to help pay for anything that is needed say that is advertising or whatever.

Well considering that I will be investing around $250 a month myself for the server they are standing as an equal.
