Looking for a Configurator for ShopGUI+ plugin to be used in my server (Budget 20$)

I am looking for a configurator that can do this job for me.
I need a shopguiplus configuration for op skyblock, budget is 20$.

Configuration Description:
will mostly contain items from minecraft 1.8 only.
But i want it made on mc 1.16.5 server
i want you (the configurator) to be the one
to do the prices for the items. I will, however
provides the items that the shop categories should contain.
I want the prices to be balance and suited for an op skyblock.
The design should be clean and professional looking.

Shop Categories (10):

• Blocks
• Colored Blocks
• Materials (ores)
• Food
• Farming
• Spawners
• Redstone
• Miscellaneous
• Mob Drops
• Combat & Tools
