Hi! I am the Co-Owner (CTO) for Vortex Craft. We are a server that has been in development for 11 months now. The root of our server stems from 2014 when I owned my own Towny server which closed down. We are looking for an Operations Manager that can help facilitate our growth from public beta to a World Wide release! We want the best possible candidate to apply to help back the server's mission, to make the best possible Minecraft server for the people. "Minecraft. Made for you."

Operations Manager job entails:
-Able to moderate Discord Server
-Able to provide the highest level of incident mitigation while on the VortexCraft network when a Co-Owner is not on
-Able to act in a mature but relaxed/outgoing manner
-knowledge of Pterodactyl Panel
-Advertise and promote the server in many different outlets
-Act as the top-level administrator for all staff members to report to
-able to handle administration tasks given by owners
-Enthusiastic and driven to help back the server's motto: 'Minecraft. Made For You.'
-17+ in age for tax purposes. (The initial position is not paid, but once the server DOES generate revenue, we will negotiate an agreement for payment)
-2+ years in Admin server experience
