I will start with explaining my expertise.

I am a freelance system administrator, I know front end web development and penetration testing. I owned Bit-Node 2014 server hosting and FlareServers 2017. I am looking to open a server but I know I cannot do this alone and I am going to need a team. I am good with Skript so I can make basic skripts that we would need. I am looking for someone that knows what they’re doing when it comes to Minecraft server development. I am looking for good builders that can hold there own and staff in general to help with things.

I am looking for a second owner (must be able to help with funds)
