Looking for a server with a 30+ playerbase (~ $3,000 budget)

Hey everyone!

I'm looking to purchase a server that has an active player base. I am willing to spend a little more than 3,000 dollars. I'm fine with all game modes but I prefer Factions, Survival and Prison because I have run those kinds of server before.

ThrowingBeef I like Affixial as a person etc, but this server is just not worth the $4,000 he's asking. My opinion ofc, but if you do end up buying the server good luck! I would buy it if it was price lowered.
