Baker+ is looking for a Social Media Manager to maintain our Social Media Channels and develop a unique marketing plan to gather a following across our platforms to bring attention to the cause.
ABOUT BAKER+
Baker+ is a streaming platform for films made in computer games using their engines or modifications to animate camera movements. By distributing creator’s production on our platform, we offer a focused exposure to their production whereas on YouTube, their project would likely be drowning under the masses of content. In our opinion, it is hard to get recommended on YouTube with Machinimas, if you don’t already have a community and that’s where we at Baker+ want to help!
Baker+ stands for high quality machinimas, both visual-, story- and editing-wise. Baker+ aims to provide a platform, where users can go on at the end of their day to relax and enjoy machinimas of their favorite game and/or creator without having to search for hours on YouTube or rely on luck to get a good machinima recommended. In the span of the next few years, Baker+ should be established as the streaming platform and if one speaks of high quality machinima, Baker+ should come to mind.

JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Social Media Manager, you will be primarily responsible for:
- Managing Baker+ Social Media Channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit) and actively posting content on them.
- Develop a marketing plan for these platforms to gain a following and active engagement with the posts & media.
- Interact with the community and assist with problems & questions and if needed, delegate them to the responsible team.
