If you're looking for a free anti-cheat, Grim Anti-Cheat is my go-to. For paid anti-cheat, I'd probably say Vulcan is the best in paid for its value.

If you're looking for a free anti-cheat, Grim Anti-Cheat

I definitely agree with Niccckk. Grim is still in beta, but I haven't had a problem with it on 50+ player servers. It's open source and free. But it may not work well on older versions as it's designed with 1.18/1.19 in mind.
