75%+ of the details will need to be discussed in a Discord voice chat surely, but I will provide some foundational info here so you know what I have going on, what I am looking for, and can figure out whether this situation is right for you.

- If you do not have at least SOME experience running a custom server, either here on Minecraft, or in a different sandbox game that allows for player owned servers, then this is not right for you!
- If you do not have a decent amount of free-time to personally invest then this is not for you!
- If you are not a highly motivated or aspirational individual this is not for you!
- If you are under 20 years old, I may not want to work with someone that young.
What is this about?
To keep this simple and straightforward... I am starting/have started a company that is aimed at creating the highest quality gameplay servers possible, and will eventually branch out to other games, but is starting here in Minecraft first.
I have ALREADY spent 10 months designing and producing a Skyblock MMO server network. It is extremely large in scale and ambition, and is positioned to compete with Hypixel's Skyblock, which is arguably the most popular, well known, and most populated thing as far as Minecraft servers go. I obviously know it will not be BETTER, nor am I trying for it to be, because there is a not a large team here like Hypixel, and not the millions of dollars like they have to use as capital. But I am very proud of what's been made so far and am confident people will be impressed by it's scale, and enjoy it since it has many many unique things Hypixel's Skyblock does not, a very large amount of content, and a very personal artistic touch to it. I have a proven advertisement and player onboarding strategy already worked out, so getting a pretty good amount of players on the server when it's ready to launch is not going to be an issue. However, having more ways to help with that would be a huge plus of course.
I am looking for someone to jump in with me who either wants to be a full-on partner / owner, or wants to be a manager / head staff member of some kind. Someone trustworthy, competent, and motivated to make the best server network we possibly can. Someone who wants to go all out with me on the journey. The details of how this would or could work we will have to discuss further in a voice call.
Lastly, I just want to make sure to clearly communicate, that if you do not have anything you feel is of great value to contribute, whether that be some type of skillset, managerial ability, financial capital, or something else that can make your involvement make sense, then I will not be interested. No matter who you are, I still love ya! But this won't be a fit for most people I think. It's an ambitious COMPANY being started where I am looking to add someone of high value late into it's first project. I know this is all pretty business-y, but I want to also say that I am pretty relaxed and place high value on working with someone I feel I can personally enjoy projects with. Good relationship and core values are important to me, and the bond of working with someone who cares about building a great company or product is extremely motivating!
