Looking for an on-call Dev for an up-coming server!

Hello! Our server is up and almost ready for release! However... my current Dev is going back to school and I am in need of another dev to help him out!
We are looking for someone who knows how to implement resource packs, work with plug-ins, handle noob questions (because... we have a lot of them) and be a team player! I'm also looking for someone willing to work with my current Dev, since he knows what is expected/needed/all the issues we have

It is a hired position, but I really only am looking for 10 hour a week max at $20 per hour (this is the rate of my current dev). I treat my staff like family, and I hope if you join you will too.
