Looking for Builder HCF/KOTH

Hi, I'm looking for a good builder that can make our spawn area (spawn is complete) just need the correct terrain with a good koth (building), preferably an old style look.. broken walls mossy blocks and stone bricks... if possible we could join and watch or we could screen share just to see how it goes... looking only to spend $5 (as its only 1k x 1k) but im willing to spend more if need be.
