me and my partner are currently looking for an investor to help us.
If you are going to be investor you will receive Admin rank.
We are looking for invests for an OPSkyblock server, Almost everything is finished and we have release Season 1 at April 18th.

We need investors to help us with exclusive builds and maybe even custom plugins.

How much we need?
We will need 50$

For how long?
I'm not sure how long it would take us to get 70$ but it took us few days to receive 27% of 250$ donation goal at skyblock.

How much we will return?
We will return 70$ from the donations we will receive from skyblock and prison (with the money we will be making prison)

How we would earn the money?
We will be selling ranks and items at our store. https://store.mineblox.org/

What rank would the investor get?
yes the investor will receive a customized rank they can choose them self what he wants the investor will also get insight in what we make the next game mode.

I will let you into a secret, new Minecraft servers are becoming less and less successful due to the overhead market of such firms as Hypixel and Mineplex which have dominated the market. I would advise you give addition to the four things list above and maybe consider explaining why we would want to invest in you and not another start-up.

Agreed, and why should investors get only Admin rank? Why not some sort of special investor rank (if they don't want to work) or management.

You're missing the point. If the person giving you money only gets an intangeable rank that is literally worthless outside the server, they WILL NOT invest.

Hey! Lets not be mean. I have seen what he has done and I like it. I would rather invest in his Minecraft server than in someone who is trashing everyones investment threads and is looking for an investment in his entrepreneurial endeavors. Best of luck!

Not looking to trash his thread by any means. As you stated yourself you've seen the project which is good. All I've done is given some constructive criticism to look at the thread and maybe elaborate slightly, just to give people who haven't seen the project a bit more of a taste of your intentions etc.
