Looking For Management Help for Minecraft Server / Community

Hi. Over quarantine, I owned a reasonably sized Minecraft Survival server, which had at numerous times 40+ concurrent players online. The server was since closed due to management troubles, and burnout, and also the world was starting again after quarantine restrictions were lifted.

The discord server with our community and staff still exists however and seems to be yearning for the reopening of the server. This community really changed my life over quarantine and is full of really cool minds and people, and I do really want to start the server up again, pardon my soap opera.

I wanted to have a different approach to running the server now, as I don't have as much time to work on it, I want to find someone who does have the time to manage the server. I still want to be involved with development and such, but I don't have the time to be fully there, so I wanted to find a like-minded individual that could be the manager/face of the server that will manage the staff team, administrate the server, fix things, get community suggestions, and perhaps even help with the development if they're interested.

I don't want to get into the specifics of the actual culture of the server and community yet until I meet the person that's interested in taking on this position. If you're worried about pay or compensation for your work, that would be something we can work out through server donation proceeds (which were successful in the past with what the ranks were on our server) as the donation proceeds would partially be funding the server, and also could fund you as a manager.

I personally am not very much driven by revenue and proceeds in the making of this server, I mostly want to revive a community. I don't expect this server to blow up obviously either (unless that is your drive as a server manager, which is also fine), I just want to have a chill laid-back community.

For more clarification:

This community will be driving your income for the position. Pardon me if my understanding of the conventional management position is wrong in terms of Minecraft servers, but you will technically be running and promoting the donator ranks which would be paying you.

Furthermore, I'm not looking for someone who is purely driven by compensation for their work. I understand that the work is hard and that pay is a concern, and I would be the same way, however I'm looking for someone like me who is driven by the community and for the community, and not necessarily 'tunnel-visioned' towards pay.
