Looking for Mentor / Guidance

So I have been on and off with making "trying" to make plugins for awhile now I haven't really gotten that far into it. The intentions of this post was to either look for a individual or individuals who would help me out on my progress on learning to make plugins in a server side. I would also love for even a server that is running and working "Sorta do a trainee program with them you wouldn't be paying me and if I need to I can pay some. But what this would do would let me see the innerworkings of a server what is going on in the development side of a server. I wouldn't be developing anything for you as I would be very new to this, but maybe later down the line I could be. The individual or individuals side of this from the start of this post it would be sorta of a 1on1 training I do things you help me out and we would sorta go from there.
