I’m looking for an experienced Minecraft developer or team to build a large-scale Earth-style Towny server, similar in concept to EarthMC .

Project Overview:

• Custom Earth map
• Player run economy
• Focus on a long-term, scalable SMP experience
• Performance and stability are very important

Core Features Required:

• Towny
• Economy system (in Gold, so each gold ingot you mine = 1 unit of currency similar to earthmc.net , or earthpol.com .
• ChestShops
• Random Teleport / RTP
• Voting system with rewards ( like gold mini crate for ingame currencey i guess)
• Webstore integration
• Permissions setup
• Server optimization
• Map plugin

Advanced / Preferred:

• Experience with larger servers
• Knowledge of scaling
• Anti-lag optimizations and chunk pre-generation
• Custom configs for balance and gameplay
• Discord integration

What I Need:

• Full setup and configuration
• Advice on best hosting setup for scalability
• Examples of similar work done

Budget:
Flexible depending on experience and quality. I’m looking for something serious and long-term, not a basic setup.
