Looking for minigame/tabletop game pl

Budget: $50, can spend more if needed.
Im looking for a plugin to do tabletop / minigames. The two current games is TicTacToe and Connect 4. I would like to use a schematic system for the maps but if its hard its fine. By this i mean you paste a schem of the map as needed. For both games, the machaniees to play your turn are the same. Both players have a block, either red or blue, and you right click where you want it, and it just updates the board to what you want. Then of course 3 / 4 in a row depending on what minigame wins. If you have any questions at all, just ask. Commands: /duel {player}
