Looking for server staff/devs

Hello! As per the title, I'm seeking staff and/or developers for a Skyblock server. My previous experiences are with a mc server that has had 3000 unique player joins, and an average pop of 200. Looking to recreate that sort of player base, If you are interested at all in this lmk or if you have more questions I didn't highlight.

These are the skills I'm mainly looking for:
Staff -
  • Community management and moderation
  • Player base engagement
  • Familiarity with crates plugins
Developers -
  • Familiar with configuring popular plugins
  • Able to use luckperms/spawner plugins
Programming knowledge isn't required
