Looking for some help with a new server [NiftyCraft]

Hey! Just made a new server
I've completed the basic setup:
- bungeecord is setup with a lobby and skyblock server
-MOTD
-server icon
-discord half setup

- no plugins are installed anywhere yet.
-i need to make the buycraft


I'm currently looking for people to help me with the basic start and setup of the server + some staff members to stick with the server after the servers been set up.
-I'm really looking for volunteer work but I'm willing to pay (one-time payment. We can discuss how much but just know that It's not gonna be a lot, this is a brand new server :p)

I've been helping out with his server (But due to my time schedules I haven't been able to do too much), he's been a really chill person to talk too on the phone and he seems pretty down to earth. I definitely encourage others to just talk to him and just see what happens. Definitely an opportunity for new or experienced developers/configurators to try something new.
