Looking for someone to help improve server

Hello users of MC Marker,
I have a new Minecraft server with around an average of 7 players and a peak of around 20 during the middle of the day. I’m looking for some input on the survival server and things that should be changed, added, removed, re worked, etc. I’d love to find someone to work with. There’s a ton of room for improvement as we have 64 gb ram on a dedicated server that can support about 200 people at a time on like 4 different modes so looking for a long term partner and we can talk about compensation if things go well.
