I and another business partner of mine are looking to establish a hosting provider which be able to deliver exclusive features which will be able to have a positive impact on the hosting industry and the gaming experience overall, especially for a number of games such as Minecraft, Unturned and more! We are looking for individuals who will be able to take our concept into the next level with their contributions and expertise in order to make this project successful. We already have in place ideas for development and for operations so we are looking for the following roles:
CTO/Head of Technology:
Responsible for overseeing all operational strategies involving technology and development
Contributing to the developmental strategy by using your expertise to drive our project to the level it deserves
Reports back with all changes to the Managing Directors
Customer Support Managers:
We need partners with experience managing customer support or troubleshooting in a hosting environment
Your skills will ensure customers receive top-notch service and we create great user experiences.
Help build efficient support systems that will scale as we grow.
Market/Pricing strategists:
Responsible for making sure that the business strategy and all related domains, such as pricing, remain competitive and profitable for the long term
Able to oversee and analyze constantly changing Market Trends and price changes amongst game platforms and competitors
Reports back to the Operations Manager
We are also looking for potential opportunities to work with individuals who wish to invest into the project. Please note that this requires experience and a contributions of funds in which proof must be provided. We are looking for those who are able to develop the sufficient, competent team and help build the infrastructure behind this project in order for it to be executed successfully. This is preferably with knowledge or connections into the following spaces, such as Game Servers, Hosting etc. Additionally, some form of managerial experience in a business/project involved within the space and can go through how you may have contributed towards that role and its outcomes as well as preferably having a network of similar people needed in order to build a consistent and level project team.
