I don't know about you, but I don't think it's safe to put out the ip like that with out using a domain or something.
Why not?
People can use it to track down where you live. However, not quite sure if it's the same ip.
Buy a cheap domain from GoDaddy or NameCheap.
Or go entirely cheap and do Noip.com
Guy must've changed ip, turned it off, or somethingtried to join the server but it didn't work, great start

Good luck with your server! I would recommend getting a domain for your server and making a website with forums as well. It makes it seem a lot more professional and like an actual server.
Your post - Provide more details, like the name of the server, what the server is, etc etc. People want to know what they are joining.
