Looking for team members for new MC server -admins, managers, helpers, builders, developers etc.

Hey everyone,

I’m Summer, the idea creator of ThanosMC project.

Currently, we are two guys who are gathering together a new team that would help us to make a new Minecraft server. Our vision is to create a server with a community where everyone would like to play for long hours and come back. In other words, a family where everyone respects each other and enjoys time being there.

This server, without doubt, will be a long-term project with possibilities to scale in all directions.

We need skilled and enthusiastic team members as well as who can take full responsibility for the role.

To add more we would like to meet people who are ready to take the lead and recruit others.

* We will consider every application.

*We expect ‘senior roles’ member to lead the team within the role and make important decisions.

*For non-senior roles we don’t expect you know everything, because willingness and enthusiasm is the key to become an expert.

Currently, we require seniors and less experienced team members for the following roles:

  • Senior admin and admins – most important role, as you will lead the entire team and make decisions, must have knowledge with server setup/configuration/maintaining

  • Senior manager and managers – we call this as the right hand for admin, similar tasks and responsibility

  • Senior helper and helpers – assistance inside and outside server (discord, website)

  • Senior builders and builders – someone who can build a new world inside the server

  • Senior developers and developers – we can always create and set up something exciting

  • Senior social media specialist and social media specialists – work with the website and social media

  • Youtubers, Twitch streamers – we know what difference can make players who stream
We know the project is new, however, we know that working as a team we can make a big difference and make this project to be paid in the future. But before that, there is hard work and patient for all of us. I believe we can make a huge difference as a team!

We also are working on other games from different platforms to expand our presence.

I need more information. What's the gamemode? What's your angle? What makes this server different from the hundred thousand other servers on here?

Details are needed.

We are currently in the recruitment process. So far we have a few admins, developers, moderators, builders etc. Once all positions are filled, we will discuss everything and decide between our team. We would like to hear everyone's opinion and experience, thus we can make the best decision.
