Making a Server and I need all of your help

Hey MCM,
I am making a minecraft server with the gamemode of Towny, I need all of your guys help to build up my server with support, advertising etc. If there are any free youtubers that are nice enough to advertise for me, contact me via skype: Lavadoesbuilding_2.0. What are the plugins I should get (I can get about 50). Most probably not but any free custom plugin coders contact me via skype. Any players who want to become staff members again contact me via skype. PM me if there's any tips I would need for servers especially towny servers.
