Making a website and/or logo/banner at the cost of one MC PC account

I am willing to make a Website and/or Logo/banner at the cost of an MC PC account. I want a PC copy of MC after I deliver you the product, so you can trust me. I'd love to hear more from you guys. I am really good at HTML/CSS (Web Development) as well as Graphic Designing.
