About Me​

I'm a high school senior from California looking to start up a business venture. I've played minecraft on and off for 7 years and am now currently looking to start a server. Specific details will be released upon hiring. I understand it seems ignorant to post a job request without giving more background information, but I am specifically looking for people who are confident in their abilities to manage each of the following moving aspects of running a server that the specifics aren't a big variable. An example is I want an advertising rep capable of promoting a diverse arrangement of game modes regardless of not having a complete comprehensive understanding of the game mode. I and another founder will be funding this project. All decisions of fund(s) allocations will be decided upon by myself.

Background and Payment Information​

Each department will be notified of their available funds that are to be used for expenditures for the server. We will give out weekly tasks to be completed within a given timeline. Ex. Get a Server Trailer (Deadline 12.26.18) and you will either create a trailer if possible or purchase one. As a Rep you must be able to distinguish opportunity cost between goods. Cheaper, but extremely low quality is not good. A little more pricey, but better quality is good. You will be paid in two week increments. Your first assignment when taking the job will be to take a given cash amount and distribute that throughout the provided tasks. Since there is no true tale way to know the amount of hours of work, so wages will be determined by tasks finished. We will negotiate a reasonable price for each task. If certain tasks are completed long before the given deadline you will receive a bonus amount on top of commission. If the server is to do well and we receive a progressive income you will start to be paid a fixed price every two weeks.
