Today, I am looking for a staff team. I already have some staff but i'm looking for more whom are capable of different situations. There will be a list below of positions available. My server(s) normally get a full tab of players online when released, so we're counting on a great staff team to help release an even better experience for players. If you're interested, please read on. Also note, my server(s) are OP-Prison and Custom Factions.

Before reading any further. No, staff will not be paid unless they've been working for us for a while.

I am Dan or DanPlays and I am aged 14, I live in the UK and my timezone is GMT.
I am applying as I'd love to help out detailed, professional forum posts for things which are needed for example SOTW information, bug fixes and also announcements.
I have a lot of experience when it comes to minecraft servers, whether this be me running my own server or me doing numerous moderation and building tasks. The most significant staff team I was on would most likely be the Badlion team, at Badlion I dealt with appeals, built a map for arena pvp, hosted uhcs and also was staff on arena pvp. I can also name a few other servers of the top of my head, DreamHCF, Serenity, SoarCraft, Xanadu, Oxile and Rift, this list goes on for a while.
I do feel I am a very trustworthy person many servers ask me to help setup things and I have done configuration work in the past.
I think the community would benefit from me being a staff member as they would be informed with detailed information about the new releases/posts. I am professional, well mannered and experienced and the mistakes I make are used in a way that I can learn from them, however I don't expect to be making any mistakes as I strive to be the best!

What experience have you had?:

• Vexir: I was just a trial mod on Vexir but all was I doing was record cheaters and post it to their "Slack" chat room and that's pretty much what I did and I just got really inactive and I got demoted
• AzuraHCF: I was Helper but the server wasn't really going as expected and didn't want to take the time to staff something that wasn't capable as HQ
  
• OvidHCF: I was Moderator on Ovid HCF in which I did the typical HCF doings such as finding xrayers and helping people via teamspeak and in-game. I know all the commands and I know how to screen share etc
• OxPvP: I was a Helper and I was doing the best and also had the most bans and also I was probably the best SS in the staff team but I made few mistakes and got demoted

Position you're applying for?: The position that I'm applying for is a helper or any other positions that you think I would be fit for.

What experience have you had?: I have plenty of experience with factions server but not a lot of experience with prison server I was a staff on a factions server called " RebornCraft " for while but then I had to resign because of some IRL issues. I was a moderator in Rc I had been given this position around 5 times or so and I was only demoted once but that was a false reason but other than that I have never been demoted from a server.

I was staff on another small factions server with around 25 players for around 3 months but then the server shut down sadly.

Are you a trusted member?: Yes

Why do you feel as if you can make this server better for our community?: I can help the community by helping the staff team decrease the number of hackers/toxic people from the server which will cause the server to be a lot more enjoyable for the players that are playing thus will help the server to grow a lot more and become better.

Would you take full responsibility for your actions and learn from your future mistakes?: I have always taken full responsibility for my actions and have learned from mistakes and I will always do this as I believe that if someone makes a mistake they should own up to it and learn from it.

Why do you feel as if you can make this server better for our community?:
I have lots of ideas that I can contribute to the server by me being a server owner my self and having to undergo the same difficulties as iPanem. I will be able to find the perfect people to help on your server, try my best to be as mature as possible and also put in amazing ideas wherever I can to help the server grow and become better. If I am chosen as the forums manager I will also make sure that I do not skip any thread on the forum and make the most details posts. My threads would feature details until no more could be provided and sufficient explaining for everybody to ubderstand.
