MassiveCore Factions

Hello!

I am curious to know if this is an add on for the MassiveCore factions as I have seen it on other servers, in the /f perms for the factions plugin, I have seen flight. where you can state what claims you can allow your members to fly in and what other factions relationships can fly in (allies, truce etc...)

This is the board and I am wondering if anyone knows how to do it or can help me out? I don't have a big budget.
